one every one should know. if replace brake solenoid replace relay (cause and effect) relay sticks smokin solenoid, to be tech pull and hold, is different replacing one without the other, will result in tail chasing.

I never thought much about that, but it makes sense. The relay latches on and the pull coil will stay on, same with fuel shut off solenoids

You mentioned stuck rings in your other post, was that soaking in the engine our out?
I have been talking to a guy with a JD machine, rather old and it had stuck rings. He broke them all when removing them, they were that stuck. New rings, flex hone and it starts like a new one.
