Have a 2020 T650, its an open cab unit and also my first skid steer. Ive ran skids at work all the time but this machine gets extremely hot inside especially in the foot well. It gets so hot that when I step out my boots and pants are hot to the touch and I have to let it cool for a while. Are the open cab units supposed to be like this or am i missing something.

Thanks

Do you have the fan cover in?

Probably a dumb question but are you talking about the radiator fan?
No, roll back your cab. Your Hydraulic Fan should be covered by a plastic cover which has a slot in the back where it goes in and two rubber straps which holds it tight to the frame. If that cover is missing, the fan is blowing hot air all over the place and that is how you end up with the heat at your boots. The hot air should come out on each side of the machine where these plastic mash covers (louvers) are.
