Have T595 which needed new tracks, installed them but I can not get either the old or new zirc fitting, $45 each, to not leak out at the zinc. Tried multiple grease couplers, locknload, Milton 12,000psi and they all leak grease. On inspection there is nothing blocking the port and air space in the tensioner so there is zero resistance in the cylinder. Just had to replace the tracks on my KX057 and had no problem.
Any ideas, been a really vexing problem first I thought it was a seize of the cylinder but there's airspace in the cylinder , and I'm able to move the idler out manually so its guides are not seized

have you tried removing the rerk and trying to see if grease pumps thru it without it being screwed into track frame?

and can you maybe measure things to see if zerk is of correct size,
as I am guessing you ordered the two zerk fitting at same time, so if there was a bad batch, odds are you got two from the same batch maybe? defective from get go, lots of NEW stuff is BAD any more, QC. doesn't catch very much and IMO< workers today care less about doing a good job more than ever, all they care about is a paycheck, quality of work they do, doesn't matter to many anymore!

ALSO?? are they of any special size, that you couldn;t just buy a basic zerk of correct size and thread from a different company/brand? lots of company's make them is all sorts of sizes and shapes, that MATCH what OEM use
heck many can be had in variety packs , which come in handy over the yrs , rather than running to a dealer?

Food for thought maybe?

They are special high pressure zirc valves with hole in the threads to release pressure when you back it out.
Yes grease comes out the side hole but you can’t get it to pass thru the main valve end
