Had a tough time igniting and the battery slowly drained down. Charged the battery a few times and managed to have the machine run fine for 2 months but the battery still drained. Then with the battery charged we got no ignite even with it turning over. I changed the battery with still no ignition. So we checked fuel pressure and still getting lots of fuel coming into the injectors. Any ideas/ help would be great.

So, your issue is just that the battery is being drained when the machine is sitting? It could be the alternator or relays. I had water get into myfuse box and i had my battery being flattened too.
ou mention it not igniting, are you getting smoke when it's cranking? white smoke means you're getting fuel, it's just not hot enough to go boom. Glow plugs could not be on or not on long enough to get high enough cylinder temperatures.
