Machine is unlocking hydraulics at key on and building hydraulic pressure when engine is turning over and dead heading until engine will not turn over. I can hold left pedal back and right pedal forward and relieve pressure so it start but only for a few seconds. No codes. Any ideas

Do you have Power Bob Tach cylinder?

No but this was the 1st time they had tried using the attachment ever. They bought the machine new. Im thinking the aux spool has got stuck in the valve body and is somehow returning fluid to the tilt and lift spools and when I hold the pedals I'm relieving the pilot pressure somehow. I've got the break down on the valve body but I can't make the hydraulic flow to both tilt and lift unless it's back feeding through return somehow

Your stem from the AUX hydraulic is properly stuck. Roll back your cab and maybe tap the two solenoids with a hammer.
