Hey guys, anyone seen this on a T590?
Runs great cold, but after 30-40 min the loader arms slow down and the pump starts whining. Lift a full bucket while driving and she really bogs.
Fluid's full, no leaks.

Maybe you need a heavier weight oil?

In some climates machines need different weight oils in winter and summer because the temperature shift is large.

Hydraulic fluid although it never turns brown , does thicken .
Needs to be changed every few years or the pump strains .
Might be worth checking out ?

Just checked and you're right, the fluid's definitely thickened up even though the color still looks okay. Going to swap it out in the next few days and see if that cures the whine. Appreciate it!
