T590 code for door issue

I have a 2014 T 590 skid. Ran it all summer with the door off no issues. Getting colder now and installed the door just a week ago. This is the same door that the machine had on it when I purchased it back in March of this year.
I know the code is M7974. What is happening it is killing power to my lift and tilt options. I have to turn the machine off and restart, problem goes away for a few minutes than returns, Any help on this would be great. thanks

Bobcat uses a safety system call BICS, the door is tied into that system

There is a sensor on the door, check the wires they like to break or loose connection

If you unplug the connector on the door switch this sorta bypasses the door switch. If you are the only one operating the machine you will be aware of this. Mine did the same thing, unplugged the switch and it works fine. I think the door switch is NO and when the door is closed it closes the contacts. The switch can be replaced.
