With a mechnical pressure guage the sytem checks out perfect. The first service call suspected a dirty connection to the main control unit. Cleaned up the connections and the machine ran perfect for about a half hour. Then got the hydraulic charge pressure low warning again. Second service call suspected the hyrdaulic pressure sensor. Replaced the sensor and machine ran perfect for about a half hour again. Now right back to the same hydraulic charge pressure low warning. I've noticed that the hydraulic fluid in the level window is extremely foamy and the fluid is overflowing out the breather cap. The fluid level is at the correct level. Any thoughts?
