T300 high flow question

Hello so my high flow isn't working on my new to meT300. So I called the plant where it was made and it did leave the factory with high flow. I located the high flow pump and solenoid. She said I might try enabling it in the computer first. Does anyone know the procedure for this? T300 2007 no light or anything when I press high flow, no codes. If not she said it's probably the electrical connection between the computer and the solenoid.

Did you checked fuses? What do you mean you called the plant? In Gwinner. North Dakota??? And who you talked to? Because I think she thought you talking about the new R-Series. By the t300 you don't have to hook the computer up to use high flow or so. Did you double klick the AUX Hydraulics Button?
Do you have your Serial?
