T200 starter

Hey guys, just need a little advice. I let a friend use my loader and now the starter does not disengage right away. It doesn't really grind or anything but it does sound funny. Is there anything I can do to stop this short of buying a new starter? I don't know much about starters but I would think that I could just take the starter out and lube something up? Thanks or any advice in advance.

I would pull the starter and lube the shaft that the Bendix gear runs on. Some times the grease gets a little sticky and causes it to not disengage correctly.
