I have a 2002 Bobcat T200 It has been at the Bobcat Dealer for a few weeks now, it went in to get a head gasket replaced and because of an issue with the machine being underpowered They fixed the gasket, checked the compression (it was good), said the turbo was good, cleaned the fuel system, swaped out the lift pump, changed the filters (all of them), i'm running low on patience at this point and i'm sure my bill is just getting bigger. I asked them to test the injectors when the head was off they never did it, so now they are finally going to get the injectors tested I'm at a loss at this point all i can assume is the injectors or the turbo is bad???? Any help would be greatly appreciated The machine under load spinning around and lifting the bucket ** Will bogg way down and if you try to go fast with the handles it does the same thing??? Tracks have been adjusted, the whole machine has been gone over +++ Don't know what else to suggest ****It has the larger, more aggressive tracks**** could this be the issue?? I can see this cutting the HP down some but what's going on now will almost stall the machine out++++ This has the Deutz 73 hp Oil Cooled Diesel Turbo [email protected] 419 306 2292 (Brian)

What you are discribing with the bogging down while trying to multi-function and the motor checks out ok is something I have seen and hear a lot of on Bobcat tracked loaders , if everything checks out with the motor then it seems to me a possible reason why it is bogging is the charge pressure is dropping below the minimum , probally for one or two reasons , the charge pump is trashed and or the relief of the charge system is trashed , this happens most of the time from trash getting into the system from not changing the drain filters regularlly or the brakes of the travel motor or girotor of the Sunstrand sending trash thru the system , it is pretty easy to see the bog down happen if you have a deluxe instrument panel as you can go to Vitals and monitor the charge pressure , without deluxe you have to hook up a gague and long hose and route it into the cab so you can operate it and watch at the same time , note the psi at start up , brake release , one function , two funtions and so on , travel and two functions if it drops below the minimum psi which is 360 , 360 -420 is where it should be , if not then that is where the problem lies I would mention that they open the case drain filters and cut open the hydraulic filter and check for gold and silver fragments , these fragments can go thru the system like ice thru a bleeder full of Margarette and sieze up the relief plunger of the charge pump , and the travel motors , gear pump and the sunstrand , if it is total failure it is nearly impossible to get all the pieces out of every cylinder valve and hose , I hope that I am wrong for your sakes as it can cost more to repair a machine in that condition than it is worth ----------- in short as I had a few to sip on , I 'd look to the charge pressure not going below 360 when mulit-funtioning the machine
