t190 short crank cycle no start, engine overspeed error code

When trying to start, engine makes about 1 revolution and stops cranking. It starts and runs if I wire fuel solenoid open. Is there any way to check the engine speed sensor. I get a fixed resistance across the leads on the sensor and no to little voltage on the leads from the controller. The sensor generates a voltage of about .144 vac while cranking. while running the alarm remains on.

Hey, i have this same problem, just changed the flywheel sensor and still the same issue
