I Have a T190 2012 that just went in for a few repairs and software updates and it came back with about 80 hrs more on the clock than when it went in. Has anyone experienced this before?

Only way the hours can be changed is if it actually ran that long. Only other way the hours could have been changed was if the controller was replaced and when programmed, the wrong hours where set. The hours are stored in the controller. When it is replaced, it will read 0. The hours can be set until the controller hits 1.0 hour, then it is locked. Setting hours is a one shot deal. Mix a number up it is done. Dealer software can not change hours once locked.
