My research showed that there were actually quite a few T-190's that came with the Hi Flow option, but was never activated from the factory or dealer. The problem was the amount of HP needed to run HiFlow attachments. If you used a Hi Torque/ Hi Flow post hole or tree auger you could run it, but you would be using upwards of 60% or more of available power.
I know this is an old post, but just noticed it digging through old threads. I had the same issue with my T-190. Besides the extended pump housing, the serial number is a good way to check the Hi Flow option. If your serial number starts with 5198xxxxxx, it should be the series with Hi Flow like in my 2003. So if you ran a rototiller, brush hog mower or mulcher etc. you would have very little power left for mobility and lifting/lowering. My .02
