My t190 has code H1224 "Front Auxiliary Thumb Paddle Switch Not In Neutral " when i press on the top left control panel to operate auxiliary an alarm sounds and general warning light comes up and the aux hydraulics wont work. Any ideas? Maybe a new auxiliary switch handle? Please help! TIA

Have you tried cycling the switch a few times to see if it unsticks? If it does, get in with a spray can of contact cleaner and clear out any gumminess. While not ideal as a cleaner, WD40 will act as a bit of corrosion inhibitor.
Signal switches that don't handle enough current to burn contacts usually fail from getting gummed up so they won't make contact, or move freely.

Is this an SJC machine? Sold my T180 with SJC controls a few years ago. I had trouble as flyerdan said with dust getting in the switches. I managed to disassemble the hand control that was flakey, clean some contacts, and reassemble successfully. The long term fix was to put a plastic baggie over each handle and operate that way. Crude and ugly, but the switches stayed clean and working. Let us know how this progresses. :) ---Bobbie-G
