T190 final drive plug removal

Hi everyone my name is Pete I have a 2007 bobcat T190 trying to remove the final drive plugs to change final drive oil and I've tried everything to remove these two plugs and they were frozen in there I've tried penetrating oil heat nothing's helping piece plugs are the small allen head type. Does anybody have any suggestions to remove these plugs so I can change the oil

Bolt removal Kit

I used this kit a lot when i was in the bobcat shop.
But you have to replace the plugs then.
