T190 Deluxe panel failing because moister contamination

Has anyone else had problems with the T190 deluxe panel failing because of moister contamination forming behind the sealed box at the back of the panel (the rubber tracks version) It also ran without the security code and has less than 1000 hours on the machine

Anything is possible, but it is not common to my knowledge.
