I have a 2013 T180 A3ll SN. I was using it to remove snow a few weeks ago and when i went to start it, it would not start. I received 3 beeps after hitting the run then start on the keypad (after glowplug countown). At the time i went to check some electrical harnesses as i just got it back from service a few weeks before. After using electrical cleaner on the connections i could find in the rear ... it did its count down of the glow plugs and fired right up. Didn't think much of it. Two days after, i went to put it in the garage (In Minnesota - was a ice/rain/snow mess) and did the same thing. This time, when i press the start - i get three beeps prior to the count down even starting. I checked the codes and received the code 77-48 (multi switch). I did the same thing this time as well and checked a few wire harnesses, (noticed the white retainer on the ACD connector is gone and wires are loose - they are still in the harness) At one point, all electrical would act as if it was sputtering/clicking/flickering .. from my past knowledge, i would have guessed this to be an electrical issue due to a bad battery. New battery, and charger on it i would not guess this to be the case. I needed to disconnect the battery to get it to stop I did buy the repair manual - looked through the entire thing but says nothing about troubleshooting really. Here is what i had done: -I disconnected ACD per some forms i had seen -checked relays and fuses - battery charger (new battery 6 months ago) - only code i saw was 77-48 again with no countdown on glow plugs Now - its 3 hours away from me and cold .. now snowed in .. in the middle of my driveway. i want to be prepared to go work on it. Questions - 1) could the fuel shutoff cause this code and the non start - is it tied into a safety switch (will safty switch even toss this)? 2) is there anything to the fact it once would count down and then get the error and now i get the error before the countdown. 3) could low hydro oil cause this (i dont think that is the case as it was just serviced) Can i jump it? Can i turn it "on" with the start button and then jump the starter / solenoid and at least get it into a warm place? Im mechanical - however, not a lot of experience with a non start .. i dont know what switches need to be live for it to fire.

77-48 relates to the key switch, so it's probably a bad or intermittent connection on the keypad.
There is a listing of error codes in the manual thread.

Thanks - as its the keypad, do you know if there is a way to jump this so i can move it into a warmer area to work on? I am going to make the 6hr drive to try it - trying to get some ideas

If you remove the fuel shut off from the pump you can bypass start the machine at the starter by jumping the solenoid on the starter. Maybe with the engine running the other functions will work. I would look at the fuse and relay panel for corrosion. Also the battery cable connections. It sounds like power is dropping out

Perfect - thank you ... i will give that a shot .. if i can get it at least inside it wont be so bad.

Just had a T190 show up at the shop with that code, also wouldn't start at times. Found a thread on here about an S205 with this code, solution was to unplug attachment control harness at large round plug in back door above battery. So far seems to be working...
