T180 with roller suspension breaking springs

I am running a T180 with roller suspension and was wondering if any body else has had the same problem . Since reaching about 2000 hrs I have had to replace 8 out of the 12 spring sets due to the 2nd leaf breaking. Cheers from New Zealand.

very odd/ since conception of suspension I have only seen one unit with broken spring. and I do this for a living.
