T180 electrical issue

This is a 'deluxe' key pad machine. The left control panel is doing fine. The right one, you can tell it's back lit, but nothing is showing up on the panel. The left will ask for the code and when you start typing on the right, after the 3rd or 4th number, everything goes dark on both sides.

So 2 questions. Is the problem most likely in the right control panel? And if so, could we replace the deluxe panel with one with a key?

YES U CAN but u have to reprogram u could go from key to eltroic no issues
but when u reverse it u have to program it
