2012 Bobcat T-190 The problem I'm having is: When I press the start button, the glow plug on the upper left corner lights up to include the diamond with an exclamation point and the upside down lightbulb at the bottom, also lights up and the Bobcat does not start. Is there anyone out there that can help me figure this out?

I think your best bet is to open up the operators manual, it should show and explain what all the lights are for on the display. But as a guess something is going on with the glow plug circuit ,maybe a relay or a glow plug itself and as a guess the upside down bulb I am thinking that is a low oil pressure light that should go out when engine starts. When all else fails read the instructions.

I Think Foton has nailed it, I have had this light come on before when i took the glow plug relay out to use for the fuel solenoid.
Even a blown fuse.
