Our t-190 will not start and we need to get it to the dealer. My thought is to release the hydraulics and push it up on a trailer with another machine. Is there a release valve or do I need to unhook the lines and have oil all over the place

You need a lot of force to skate it up on a truck. Can you get a tilt tray or drop deck truck? One with a flat steel tray. You can then winch or push it up by spaying water on the tray to help it slide.
There is no easy way to get it to roll. I don't even know how the brakes work on a tracked machine that won't start. I don't think you can just disconnect the lines to the drive motors.... You may need to get someone to come out on site to look at it, costly i know...

No way to make it roll period. The brakes are spring applied, hydrauic release. Besides that, it wouldn't really roll threw the hydro anyways. Why doin't it start, major electric problem? Probablyjust a bad fuel shut off solenoid or plugged fuel filter.
