If you're talking about the aluminium bars that connect to the square bits ftom the pump, i had an S250 that had this part worn out too. I could have bought new ones from the dealer, but i was cheap and it was a weekend, i put them in my mill and machined them back to square on all 4 sides.
I didn't need to take a lot of material out, the shims i ended up using to replace the material i cut was just two pieces of steel packing strap. It has been at least 10 years, and it's still going strong.
This is only a viable repair for people that aren't using their machine to make money, as it did take time, most commercial people will just throw two new arms at it and be done. But hey, i had the gear and time.
