starter went out, better option? 4625dx

cranking yesterday it spun a few times before making a sorta reverse noise and stopping. solenoid no longer clicks. this is the start i got https://loaderpartssource.com//lps-starter-to-replace-gehlr-oem-127592.html

when energizing the starter it pops the fuses now so something is dead shorted inside.

its lasted about a year and a half with out too many starts in that time. maybe 75. is there a better starter out there? have you guys had issues with these starters?

If u have a reputable company that rebuilds starters in the area u are better off to have that one repaired, some of the aftermarket starters are junk

Contact LPS and tell them this. They may help you out. If not good luck.
