Hi all, I have a 763 which I have now completed all the repairs including adding a roof flashing unit, indicators and hazard light switch, air con fully working, seat replaced, door glass replaced and window wiper fully replaced as well as the door latch working 100%. Okay now down to it, when the machine is going forward, the right hand lever allows a squealing noise. the machine proceeds forwards okay with the left in a straight line without squealing. Any ideas? I did adjust the levers in an effort to prevent the left hand one catching the air con unit but ended up putting it back as it hit the door glass before reaching the end of its run.

Just remembered that I broke the ram hydro pipe and lost all the fluid, repaired and replaced all but about 4 litres of fluid. However the squeal was there before the break.

What sort of engine speed are you doing? at lower speeds the hydrostatics are noisier, but when you rev the engine up it generally is less noisy and more responsive.
If you do it at idle, it will growl at you quite a bit.

How is the power, does it still push as hard as the other side?

I am going back down today and will note the engine revs and differences.

Hi Tazza, run out of time today as I had to head off to the suppliers for a diagram on the truck which is much clearer and I will try tomorrow, thanks.
