Spare rim ?

I have a rim 16.5 that I want to use as a spare it says it measures 4inch in the front and back space is 5 inch on my skid it' 6 3/4 in the back and 3 3/4 in the front would it work as a spare ?

Is the wheel width the same? With that much difference in back spacing it seem like the width would be different.

The one on my skid is 16.5 x9.75 and the spare is 16.5 x8.75
