Message: <blockquote data-quote="irvi00" data-source="post: 47608" data-attributes="member: 3948"><p>Stinkin lowlife scumbags is what they are.  With scrap metal prices so high right now the bottom feeders are on the prowl.  We had two air conditioners stolen off of our building about two weeks ago.  I caught two kids tryin to steal an old piece of equipment from a neighbor about four weeks ago.  They left out without the equipment with me in close chase, I called 911 and the dispatcher told me to go back to the "scene".  I told her I was currently behind the guys and to send a deputy, she said they wouldn't do that!  I hung up on the dispatcher and gave up.  If things get much worse, I believe we will have to take the law into our own hands.</p></blockquote><p></p>
