snow/dozer blade attachment

a local rental center is selling a 5' kwik way snow plow/dozer blade for 400 dollars. power angle and all that stuff. does this sound like a good deal? the small size would be ideal for going between cars. it seems too cheap to be true to me.

I would say as long as it is not all beat up, moldboard is in good shape and the piviot isn't rusted tight, I'd say it's a good price.
