I will certainly look at the limiters as the engine rev's appear quite okay. I know there are two bolts on each side of the linkages that join to the steering arms through the wall and I was going to check them as well in case they had been spread apart causing the limitation of speed similar to your allen screw limiter. My machine is an "F" series and I know it was made in 1999 but I am not sure of the month or even if they show a month on the plate.</p></blockquote><p></p>
