After starting Machine in colder temps lift arms and bucket action starts as normal at first then gets very slow with loss of lift force. It takes sometime to get it going.
 
I would definitely say it's your gear pump. If you were running too heavy of fluid, it would probably act the opposite way. When fluid is cold at startup you wouldn't have lift then you would as it warms up.
I'd check it out sooner than later, if the gear pump is grenading it could start taking out your drive pump.
 
it could also be from water being in the fluid,. and ice builds up after some use, then as things heat up it melts the ice in the system
when was last time fluid was changed?
