Skid Steer won’t lower past a certain point, please help

I have a John Deere 270, I think it's arounf a 2000's model, regardless, the loader bucket is stuck in the air, it will tilt down, up, raise up and down to a certain level, but it won't go all the way down, it gets stuck at a certain point and won't get any lower, please help me, or if you have someone that knows about this, send them to me, I may be dumb and not know it's something simple, but I've seen no one with this problem anywhere

Just how far from the bottom will it not lower?
Just wondering if something inside has come off and binding up.

I can send you a video, it's pretty high in the air, close to max height, when I raise it, it'll go up, but once I lower it back down, it's like it's getting stuck on something
