Skid Steer bucket won’t lower past a certain point

I’m having problems with my loader bucket, the foot petals work, but it won’t lower past a certain point, if you have an idea, I’d appreciate it

Bad cylinder as if piston is off or sticking in barrel, or load check in valve is faulty. Does it have a bucket position valve?
