hi to every body i have skid steer bobcat 943 forward and backward working fine and the bucket moving fine the problem on turning right not working and turning left little work where is the problem ??? is it from hydraulic pump ??? or from the motor ??? or there is another thing ??? regards

It sounds like it could be a filter issue. Older models had a suction line filter, when plugged up, your don't have as much power. You hear the pump make a lot of noise and it gets hot fast.
Hopefully yours is just a plugged filter or restriction on the inlet to the pumps somewhere.

Are you sure there are no hidden filters? some models had filters that were mounted into housings, and not screw on can style.
Do you happen to have a hydraulic schematic for your machine? It may help work out if there is a point where a restriction could be.
The next step may be to get a 5,000 psi gauge and remove the lines to your motors and one by one, hook a gauge up and use the steering levers to see what pressure you get. See if it's one pump that is running weak.
If one side, you get more pressure in one direction vs the other, it may be a relief valve.
