I have a 20c.. larger machine not sure if they are built the same but I would guess that they are similar. Mine has a shaft off the end of the crank with a gear that runs two more gears that run two pumps, one for each side.. I would guess that something in that gearbox sheared or broke. I am sure that a pump on the sideof the engine runs the arms and bucket. so the chance of both pumps or both motors failing are most likely small.
