i have been having a time with a code 3 and the pedals locking up. the dash does light up when i sit, then go out leaving the park and seat belt which go out when the beltis fastened. i assumed that since the eic lit up that the pressure switches were ok but after mulling it over i realized that i have 2 seat switches and only one appeared to work. i assumed that there purpose was to compensate for operator movement as opposed to a separate function for each. if anyone knows please let me know sam

Yes one of the two need to make continuity at all times while the machine is operating. Quite comon for these and the seat belt switch to fail.

I have a 7775 and it has 2 seat switches and only 1 needs to be pressed, they put 2 in the older machines in case the operator sits on the front edge for better view. My seat switch is in the center and I had to replace it because of increasing failure and now everything's fine. That switch is crucial to the operation so replace it.
