S595 Fuel return pressure leaks

Everything is working fine then we started to get fuel spraying from a pinhole leak in one of the two inch rubber lines that feed return fuel from the injectors into the return fuel harness. OK, replace the short line and another pinhole leak starts on another line. Purchase the hole return fuel rail and it happens again within a few minutes. Took everything we could out and blow air thru it, put it all back and within 30 seconds, same thing. We are out of ideas.

Pull your return manifold off and replace with clear hose routed to container. Same with the return manifold. It's likely your excess pressure is coming from the return side
