S570 2020 model 2 speed upgrade

Hi

I have an S570 2020 model bought used.
It is single speed and I find it slow around the yard.
Have the two peed switch on hand controls, is it possible to upgrade to 2 speed and if so is it a simple or complicated process?

from what I understand the 2 speed is in the drive motors, would think the cost would be prohibitive
