S530 lift function malfunction

I have a Bobcat S530 skid steer equipped with the ACS controls system. Yesterday someone was operating it and advised me that the lift and tilt functions were no longer working. After a little inspection I noted the ACS switch under the key had been changed to foot controls. Upon changing it back to hand controls the tilt function (controlled by the right joystick) returned, but the lift function did not. The left joystick is locked in place and doesn't move side to side. It has plenty of hydraulic fluid, no error codes were displayed, the safety bar warning light turns off when the safety bar is lowered, and the hydraulic lock warning light turns off when the push to operate button is pressed. Fuses were checked and appear intact but I'm unsure if the ACS system is also routed through one of the relays that may have gone bad. Any advice?

Change it back to standard foot controls and see how that works.
