Have a 2007 wheel machine that came into the shop because it has no right drive. Left drive works fine, but will only go forward/reverse in a straight line. That tells me the right side isn’t locked up at all. This machine has selectable controls (either ISO or H) and I know both joysticks are working properly. No codes present. I don’t have a lot of experience working on these machines but I do have an extensive background in industrial, heavy truck, and automotive mechanics. I pulled out the directional valve (for lack of a better term) and tested both solenoids on that. I also swapped coils from known working left side. Both plungers operate normally with 12v applied. It’s important to note this machine is all electronic no steering linkages or anything of that nature. It DOES throw a code if I leave any of the solenoid coils unplugged and attempt to operate the machine—code varies depending which one but 7557, 7554 etc etc. I don’t have any pictures at the moment. But any advice is welcome. Believe serial is 53111379 Sorry about the large 1 paragraph I tried to add html breaks but it wasn’t working this is my first post here I’ll try and figure it out for Next time.

Ok I found the issue...right side motor drive shaft snapped in half. I pulled the chain cover off and noticed the retaining ring on the outside of the sprocket (assumedly for the alignment of park brake) was bent. Grabbed the chain on that side and the whole thing flopped up and down. Pulled the drive motor off, now I’m figuring out how to get the shaft the rest of the way out and what, if any) retainers are on the inside (sprocket side). If anyone has a fiche of this it would be appreciated.

There isn't a repair manual, but there is a parts book in the manual thread.
It will have exploded diagrams that should help in figuring out how things come apart.

That’s what I was looking for-parts (Micro)fiche. This site is not very conducive to mobile browsing

How did you make out with this machine? I have a similar problem. I didnt have a broken shaft but the retaining clip on the motor bearing carrier was broke and loosened the chain case input shaft. I rebuilt the bearings and pressed everything back in but have no luck with the machine moving.
