S250 won’t run.

The s250 has no display on the right side at all. I get the brake light on and control select indicator. The unit says no input. Checked fuses and relays. Any ideas?

check electrical connection, maybe something came un plugged,

Checked the connections on the main controller, the bics, and the instrument panel on the right. The manual says if the bics displays “input” the bics is not communicating with the main control. Beginning to think the main controller might be bad. Is there any testing for it or is this a dealer thing?

I have changed many controllers due to water getting inside and burning them out.

If you remove the controller check the backside for white corrosion and check the pins as well. If it smells burn it most likely is burnt.

Thanks, I believe that is the problem. I’m going to order a new controller and try it.

The new controller with need to be programmed using bobcat software, unfortunately

Also..... Check to make sure your coil for the break valve is not burnt out because I have seen them take controllers out as well.

If it doesn't smell burnt or has no corrosion I would replace both the controller and traction lock solenoid
