This S250 may have a bad fuel solenoid as it does not like to shut off. It also may have run out of fuel. Right now it will not start. Fuel is evident getting to the injectors when the bulb is squeezed. The solenoid has been removed and seems to be stuck in the 'open' position. Wondering if the solenoid may be the issue even though it is in the 'open' position. Wondering if the injectors may have been fouled or clogged when the tank was run dry. Any help will be deeply appreciated.

Did you open the nut on the injection tubes near the injectors to bleed the lines need to get the air out, this will also tell you if your getting diesel to the injectors. The solenoid has a hold and pull wire does it return to closed position when you unplug the connector?

HI, DO NOT CRACK ANY LINES TO THE INJECTORS.....THE RETURN LINE HAS A ONE-WAY VALVE IN THIS SYSTEM, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SQUEEZE THAT BULB A BUNCH OF TIMES. OK, I WORKED AT A BOBCAT DEALER FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS, AND A TOOL RENTAL STORE FOR 18 YEARS BEFORE THAT. FIRST THING THAT HAS TO BE DONE IS MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GOOD CLEAN FUEL. IF THIS MACHINE WAS JUST RUNNING AND JUST SHUT DOWN, IT MAY BE WATER IN THE FUEL, VERIFY BY DRAINING THE FUEL FILTER, IF GOOD FUEL COMES OUT, GOOD. NEXT THING TO CHECK IS THAT FUEL SOLENOID, KUBOTA HAD A RUN OF BAD ONES WHEN THEY FIRST CAME OUT. IF YOURS HAS A CONNECTOR DIRECTLY ON THE SOLENOID, YOU HAVE A BAD ONE, THE NEW STYLE IS A ONE PIECE WITH A MOLDED PIGTAIL ON IT, REMOVE YOUR OLD ONE AND THE SMALL HARNESS, PURCHASE A NEW STYLE ONE, PLUG IN AND LAST THING TO CHECK IS THE FUSE UNDER THE SEAT, WHEN THE SOLENOID GOES BAD THE FUSE USUALLY BLOWS TOO.

juging by when you posted this i bet you fixed it, but. i recomend checking all of the saftey features this machine has, ( seat, seatbelt, chair, bar etc) i know when first got my machine it wouldnt start and or would just shut off, i ended up having to bypass my seat but if it becomes a pain phone the company you got it from and ask to bypass the saftey feature.
