on my s250 when run and heats up when I shut the machine off and I try to crank it I have to get out and pump the primer bulb for the machine to crank again. The primer bulb will not get hard. This has been going on for months. Now even when cold I have to pump the primer bulb for it to crank. Changed out the primer bulb yesterday with the same results. once running it runs great with no problems. I can't seem to figure why the bulb will not harden up. I see 0 fuel leaks. Any suggestions

On many of our bobcats they have a small knob on the injection pump that is used for bleeding air from the system. Not sure if your 250 has one but they return fuel to the tank could be open

My S250 has the same valve on the injector pump. If it's not closed tightly, it will allow the fuel to go back to the tank and not let the primer bulb get firm.
