S250 OTT track questions

Just picked up a 2004 S250 last week. 3500 hours, a little higher than I wanted but it was priced right. I would like to add OTT tracks, found a set of Grouser. They're for a 14" tire, my machine has 12"... Will this extra 1" per side of slop cause issues for me? I've not run OTT tracks before. I am coming from a Takeuchi TL26 tracked machine (lots of problems with that thing) - so sorry if this is a stupid question lol.

I would imagine that it fitting loose to the tire would allow them to start rubbing the frame of the machine = not a good thing. So, I'd run a 12" set of tracks or simply buy larger tires. I would not run a 14" track on 12" tires, though. It seems like only bad things would happen!!!
