Is it possible to get rid of the acs controls and put the linkage on from the foot controls to the spool valves?

Anything is possible, but i don't know how the computer will handle it afterwards. Are you having issues with the servos?
This is one reason i steer very clear of and hand control machines....

Just tired of the junk actiuators. It would be nice to simplify a good machine

That is what i figured that is the reason, it may be best to look at fixing it and get rid of it and get another machine with foot controls. I know it's not ideal, bit some times it's the best way of doing it.

Do you happen to know how many volts are supposed to run to the hydraulic lockout solenoid?

Sorry, i don't know for sure, I thought it was 5v, but that may be on the older systems.
