S185 with ACS problem

I have a 2007 S185 with 810 hours on it. I was moving some dirt yesterday and the ACS light came on and it locked up the foot pedals. i turned it off and restarted it with the stick controls and it worked fine. This morning i started it up with and tried useing the foot pedals again and it worked fine. I ran it today for about 30 minutes. The Bobcat dealer said that the acs valve is going bad. Just looking for some imput before i take it to the dealer. Also I am new Bobcat owner so i don't know much about them.
