I'm not very knowledgeable with skid steers much less hydraulics so please bare with me. Today I swapped over the bucket attachment to our grapple/rack combo. At first I had an issue with a delay in the grapples responding to any commands. Afterwards, the attachment started tilting downward and would not respond to tilting up also lowing the entire boom was extremely slow. I never could get the grapples to work again. I figured out later if I reduced the throttle to an idle, all functions worked properly except the grapples. I do not have the slightest clue where to start. Thanks, John

Sounds like your aux hydraulics are not playing nice. Will the grapple open at all?
I suspect one of the stems is stuck keeping oil flowing to the attachment causing loss of all hydraulic power. You should hear the relief too as oil is passing over it.
