My skidsteer is blowing the fuse to the heater fan. it was lasting about 15 minutes before blowing a new fuse but after having the cab up and removing the evaporator cover to inspect it after replacing everything I replaced the fuse turned on it the fan seems to work fine motor run smooth and seems to run at all speeds. Ran fine about 15 minutes blew fuse but now when you replace fuse it arcs and blow fuse immediately any suggestion. Got be a short right thanks

I'd suspect a short too, as you said the motor spins nicely, i'd doubt the motor has rusted up drawing too many amps.
All you can do is trace the harness from the fuse box to the blower and hope to find the issue.
