S185 cant read codes,led wont light up

Long story short.I was backing the machine up and the brakes locked up and lift stopped working,found the fuse box had moisture in it,I cleaned it all up and replaced all the fuses and relays. The ehgine will start but shuts down after a long warning beep.The led won't show any codes wont even count down the glow plugs.I have checked all the grounds and for damaged wires,replaced flywheel rpm sensor and cleaned the seat bar switch.when the key is first turned on the gauges sweep,all of the lights light up and 1 long beep. the green push to operate loader button has no effect. any ideas
