I got one for $40 on ebay, expansion valve for $25. Then I sold it as is to a guy and gave him a discount to fix himself. Made both of us happy. Now just have to find the loose wire/short/problem with the 753 lift and tilt lockout.

That's a lot cheaper than i suspected it would be, some times it's a better idea to let someone else get it sorted out.
The 753 issue is really weird, i hope it's an easy wiring issue, if it's not, it could be the BICS box, but making sure isn' so easy as not many people would have a spare to try.
