s15o overheating

s150 overheating.
1600 hours
i recently powerwashed the unit cleaning out the radiator at the same time. limited use since then. this weekend was moving dirt and 10 minutes in an alarm went off- i looked and it was in the red temp range. machine full of antifreeze-
i saw somewhere that the coolers lift up for cleaning? i will check that to see if i washed them in and clogged them? what else should i look for?

when washing coolers and rad, make sure you clean BOTH sides and not just one, or you can plug up the other side,

i wasnt aware they " lifted" up so oi have to figure that out

every model is different, but if one side is dirty and all you do is pressure wash that side,, you end up blowing a lot of material onto the other side which can block things up making cooling issues happen

also, pressure washers, pending how powerful, can even damage the radiators fin's which can also cause cooling issues!

to be honest, pressure washers are sadly a great tool, but also know to make issues by forcing things into places they should;'t be, be it dirt, or water into things
I honestly seldom use mine on equipment, or, be very careful where where and how I use it

I'm more of a pre soak and garden hose guy now, after some repairs from pressure washer damages,

NO bash on them, they do well on many things, and when used right are great things to have
but they can cause issues too!

so i lifted first cooler and cleaned the bottom cooler.
moved some stuff around for a bit with the forks and temp was in the middle-
switched to bucket moving dirt and it heated right up-
tilted the cab and noticed the belt bouncing around a bit. turned machine off and fan belt is pretty loose.

i couldnt tell if there is an adjustment for this or just a spring mounted tensioner that is failed?
